The webinar aimed to share with the participants about the future of retail, the evolving demands from Chinese consumers, and why China is the place to be to test out new solutions and features.
Together with Thomas Portolane, the Digital Lead of Christie’s Asia Pacific, Mr Ledomeur presented our proud collaboration with Christie’s on its 2019 digital strategy of launching its first WeChat mini-program. He deep-dived into how we have supported the 254-year-old Auction house to target its key customers by providing this handy mini-program. Christie’s mini-program positioned itself to serve the Chinese users with easily accessible information and approachable service to embrace the fast-evolving digital age in the Chinese market.
